01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and club333 ("club333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the club333 online gaming platform, accessible at club333.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the club333 platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, including any subsequent amendments published by club333.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of club333 or any of its licensed software providers, without prior written authorisation from club333.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by club333 directly or by any recognised gaming authority or self-exclusion scheme to which club333 is subject.
• You must be accessing the club333 platform for personal, recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or in connection with any commercial gambling enterprise.

club333 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

03Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account with club333. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether in your own name or through third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. club333 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification systems to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are obligated to notify club333 promptly of any change to your registered information by contacting the club333 support team.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

club333 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement for Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account used)

Withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by club333 may be suspended.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your club333 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify club333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. club333 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

club333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and Bank Islam. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). club333 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at club333 is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for fully verified accounts, subject to the payment method's own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

club333 processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off of 11:00 PM MYT.

club333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same club333 account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

4.4 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the club333 platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). club333 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for players depositing via methods denominated in other currencies.

05Bonuses & Promotions

club333 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all club333 promotions:

• A player may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• club333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If club333 determines that a player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or colluding with other players — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

06Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on the club333 platform — including live casino tables, online slots, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. The following general rules apply across all club333 gaming products:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the club333 system, it may not be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, club333 will apply its technical fault resolution policy. Where the outcome of a round cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the club333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances including winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one club333 account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over the club333 platform
• Colluding with other players or with dealers in live casino games
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or using the club333 platform to process funds of criminal origin
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any club333 software
• Allowing any third party to use your club333 account, or using another player's account
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward club333 staff or other players via any communication channel

08Intellectual Property

All content on the club333 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of club333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the club333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. No content from the club333 platform may be reproduced, redistributed, published, or used commercially without club333's prior written consent.

09Privacy & Data Protection

club333's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, available at club333.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and club333.

By registering a club333 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party service providers engaged by club333 for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.

10Responsible Gaming

club333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a range of player protection tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your club333 account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced session breaks after a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).

club333 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. club333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

In all circumstances where club333 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of club333 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to club333 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Amendments to These Terms

club333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, club333 will notify registered players by email to their registered address or by in-platform notification. Amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication at club333.club/terms-conditions unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the club333 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the club333 platform immediately and close your account.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under club333's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the club333 platform shall first be submitted to the club333 customer support team for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) calendar days, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body designated under club333's licensing authority. club333 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
